Get your hands on glass! In this workshop, you’ll get accustomed to working with solid glass, how to spin it in the flame using gravity and centrifugal force to gather and shape your marble.
Many colors and designs are available to choose from once you arrive at the studio.
All classes are taught by J.R. Simmons and he is always available to jump in and attempt to “rescue” a piece if it gets out of hand.
Finished work will need to rest in the kiln overnight, so you can pick it up the next work-day or have it mailed to you for a fee.
Due to limited stoarage, work not picked up after 1 month may be thrown away.
